Welcome! I’m a Richard and Loan Hill Professor in UIC’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, which I joined in January 2009. I’m Belgian and Canadian, spend all sabbaticals in New Zealand, and live in Chicago with my Swedish husband Prof. Jakob Eriksson. I love to explore, learn new languages (spoken and technical), and drink nihonshu.
